STAFF ENGINEER
Hrvoje, an Academy graduate-turned-staff engineer at Productive, is a true success story. Five years later, he confidently leads backend infrastructure and solves complex problems. By day, he’s the life of our Academy classroom, and by night, the life of any party.
Jean Petrić
BACKEND ENGINEER
Jean is a backend engineer at Productive who is responsible for building features in Rails that help customers use their finances efficiently. He has a PhD in software engineering, and besides building things, he enjoys growing things. When he’s not conquering mountain peaks or pondering life’s important questions with a philosophy book in his hands, you can find him tending to his garden.
Tina Knežević
BACKEND ENGINEER
Tina is part of Productive’s Core team, contributing her expertise as a Rails backend engineer to the development of features that have a significant impact on their entire app. She’s passionate about building software that makes users’ lives easier. Outside of work, Tina loves exploring new places and different cultures. On sunny Sundays, you’ll find her roller skating at Lake Bundek.
